of VA Education Benefits
Education Service is in the process of creating a new School Certifying Official course which will include benefit information, Certifying Official duties and VA-ONCE training. The new training will be web-based and available on demand. Until the new course is available, your ELR will provide any necessary training. ELR contact information can be found HERE.
