You are responsible for informing the SAA of any institutional changes that require approval and for sending certified copies of your institution's publications to the SAA to document these changes.

When the SAA conducts a Supervisory Visit, you are required to provide the SAA staff with all necessary documents, files, and other information that they need to review.
