As an SCO one of your primary roles is to certify enrollment and changes in enrollment of eligible students to VA. You are also the liaison between VA and students seeking and/or attending courses with VA educational assistance.
At the school, you are the students' point-of-contact for VA educational benefits assistance. You will guide students through the process of applying for and managing VA education benefits.
